A weighted blanket is a nightly staple for me! The gentle pressure has a calming effect, that can help with sleep and anxiety. I have found that I sleep so much better with my weighted blanket. The negative to this is that when I travel, sleeping without my blanket can be more difficult. But, if you’re like me, traveling is not frequent at this point in my life. The improvements in sleep and anxiety can be seen in my daily life, with decreased brain fog, better mood, and just feeling better overall
